• To manage each of the data management projects to which assigned; provide leadership to the corresponding data management teams.• To represent WCT in all dealings with Sponsors with respect to the Data Management aspects of the projects to which assigned.• To take responsibility for staff training for all projects to which assigned; both direct involvement in training and supervision of staff assigned to training.• To liaise and collaborate with corresponding teams in other WCT departments working on the same project.• To ensure that all data management operations are conducted to WCT SOPs; contribute to the ongoing revision/improvement of these SOPs.• To create and review project specific documentation for assigned trials, i.e. the Data Management Plan and the Data Management File.• To write specifications for the set-up and modification of database and edit check specifications for assigned projects.• To write and validate Manual and SAS checks.• To set-up processes for reconciliation and perform reconciliation of data from external sources (e.g. Serious Adverse Events, IVRS, Central Laboratory).• To perform verification and User Acceptance Testing of configured databases.• To support and oversee all data cleaning activities for assigned projects.• To specify and review SAS listings/SAS tables for assigned projects.• To create and review CRF and eCRF completion guidelines, EDC system manuals and access instructions.• To train others to make full and correct use of the company Data Capture systems, when used, for the collection of clinical data.• To produce information/reports directly from the clinical database or via the appropriate procedure to request a new report from the appropriate department or vendor.• To ensure that adequate QC checks (including spot checks) and Database Quality Assessments on the clinical databases of assigned projects.• To ensure timely database locks for all assigned projects.

• Acting as the assistant clinical data team lead for one or more projects supporting the clinical data team lead by performing assigned tasks in study set up, data cleaning, database close-out and other associated tasks.• Applying relevant components of the project protocol to daily tasks with guidance.• Delivering study specific training to junior associates for assigned projects.• Coordinating data cleaning tasks and delegating to appropriate data management staff to ensure quality standards are maintained and project deliverable timelines are met.• Performing specified activities that contribute to the creation of database specifications, database build and user acceptance testing during database and edit check development.• Monitoring for risks to deadlines and escalating appropriately.• Creating and maintaining data management project documentation.• Participating in team and client meetings and supporting the clinical data team lead with risk management on allocated projects. • Providing input into project forecasting of hours and identifying of resource requirements. • Monitoring study metrics and running project-specific status reports for management.• Reviewing data management deliverables for allocated projects following documented guidelines.• Producing project-specific status reports for management, PM and/or clients on a regular basis.

• Performing all aspects of the data cleaning process, with minimal supervision and in accordance with GCPs and SOPs/WPDs. • Key responsibilities are data listing reviews, reconciliation of Serious Adverse Events and Third-Party Vendor data, status reports, LNR Management, Account Approval Process. • Supporting the Lead Data Manager by performing activities such as Creation of Edit Check Test Data and Specifications, Edit Check Testing, Creation / delivery of Project Specific Training, Client meeting’s agenda completion and presenting agenda items on meetings.• Generating, tracking and resolving data clarifications and queries and making changes to the clinical database.• Supporting the setup of study activities such as database design, testing of data entry screens, and Data Validation Manual (DVM) creation.• Providing training and work direction to junior staff.

• Performing advanced aspects of the data cleaning process, with a high degree of accuracy and in accordance with GCPs and SOPs/WPDs. • Key responsibilities are those of an Associate I, Data Listing reviews, and reconciliation of Serious Adverse Events and Third-Party Vendor data.

• Preparing network development & re-design strategy to support the various 2G and 3G network upgrade programmes.• Planning & implementation of legacy & Ethernet leased line networks and SDH/PDH/Ethernet Microwave Radio Network.• Controlling network recourses usage.• Optimizing the usage of frequency resources and traffic capacity resources.• Designing and dimensioning Optical and Radio Network.• Planning/design of transmission for the various ongoing and new customer projects.• Support to other providers for the technical questions related to the available capacities and future expansion plans and initial setup parameters exchange.• Issuing the necessary technical documentation for Technical Support team.• Updating of relevant information in database.
