I am a Customer Support Representative at LearnWorlds, an online learning platform that enables educators and learners to create, share, and sell courses. I have a strong background in computer science, with a Bachelor of Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a Master of Engineering from the University of West Attica, expected in July 2023. I also have excellent communication skills, which I honed during my two-month stint as a bartender at Easy Tiger, where I interacted with diverse and demanding customers.
