I have been working in my current role for just over three years. I have risen within my team, from a call centre employee to an administrator, and from there to a senior. Through maternity cover I accepted team leader responsibilities to support my line manager. I have aided in interviewing potential employees, conducting one-to-ones and assisting in the training of new employees. I have created and given successful presentations on many occasions, both within my team and to others within my company. I liaised with the team responsible for our system migration to ensure we had what was needed for a smooth transition onto a wholly new clinical system. My previous roles have been in customer service, retail and catering. I feel that these have given me the people skills which I have adapted to fit whatever new work environment I find myself in.
