Implementaion of improvements through ARMP (Asset Reliability Management Program):1. Maintenance organisation, which includes internal organisation, organisation and alignment of subcontracting and finding the balance between centralised and decentralised Teams.2. Reliability improvement, which is about restoring equipment and settings to their original state, drawing up an adequate maintenance plan and organising a continuous and focused approach to improvement.3. Standard processes & roles, which is about the different types of maintenance (breakdown, preventive, corrective etc) and safety processes, and how to organise this efficiently.4. Spare parts management, which is about stock management, sharing spare parts andgiving parts the same name in all countries. 5. Manage Lock out procedures. Manage Safety Execution during Maintenance Operations/Revisions.6. Define maintenance organization. Separation was made between the centralized and decentralized maintenance. 7. Define maintenance roles. Developed a skills matrix and RASCI matrix.8. Develop Maintenance Standards (SOP).
