My contribution: As a Key Developer, I’m responsible for developing new features and actively contributing by analyzing the project, offering ideas, and suggesting improvements. I also led team cycles using the Shape Up methodology, handling task estimation and prioritization to keep the project on track.My main achievements: Led the upgrade of Rails from version 6 to 7.1 for the core platform of the project. Contributed to improving custom gems that facilitate communication between services. Played a role in developing an extension system for the core platform and helped create a gamification feature for users. Also participated in migrating a large number of records between different services within the project.

My contribution: I analyzed customer requests to develop new features, expanded the range of products offered, and provided support to junior developers. I reviewed and refactored code, wrote tests to ensure quality, and addressed issues with limited information. I also rewrote the functionality of gems that facilitated connections between services and created new API endpoints for the mobile application.My main achievements: I enhanced my problem-solving skills while working on a large, distributed service project. I also improved my mentoring and communication skills by helping others and collaborating effectively with the team. Additionally, I learned how to stay calm and manage stress more effectively.

My contribution: I analyzed various eCommerce websites and mobile apps to identify the best methods for scraping data and handling large volumes of information. I also researched protection systems on these sites to find effective ways to gather data without being blocked. I developed powerful scrapers that successfully collected data from major retailers in America and Asia, such as Walmart and Amazon. Additionally, I coordinated the team’s efforts, acting as a pre-lead, to ensure smooth collaboration and that we met our project goals.My main achievements: I gained experience in scraping data from various retailers and learned how to scrape mobile apps. I also took on the role of team coordinator for the first time, which helped me improve my estimation and communication skills.

I also completely rewrote all the templates to give the site a fresh, modern look.My main achievements: I played an important role in upgrading the Ruby on Rails framework from version 3 to 5. I also fully redesigned the website, moving from custom HTML, CSS, and JS to the Bootstrap framework for a more modern and responsive look.
