All Ethics & Trade Compliance matters.- Manage day-to-day operation of Ethics & Trade Compliance programs; - Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by evaluating, investigating and/or recommending the initiation of other investigative procedures. Responsible for the investigation (leading the process);- Collaborate with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution; - Manage and execute compliance due diligence procedures;- Work closely with the Company’s Leadership Team on business specific ethics and trade compliance training to ensure business objectives;- Develop metrics and key performance indicators that reflect effectiveness of the Ethics and Trade Compliance programs; - Develop new initiatives to continually improve effectiveness of the Ethics & Trade Compliance programs;- Initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Ethics & Trade Compliance programs; - Advise on and implement compliance integration efforts in acquired entities and joint ventures, as applicable;- Provide compliance counselling and advise the company on trade compliance matters, including EAR, US/EU/UK/CA sanctions, export licensing, etc.;- Manage outside counsel engaged on sanctions and trade compliance matters;- Actively monitors developments related to ethics and trade compliance enforcement, other related matters and industry best practices, and draft summaries/updates for key internal stakeholders;- Take part/leads in different worldwide Compliance projects;and- Perform various other duties assigned by direct manager(s) within my function. Weatherford is one of the largest multinational energy services companies, employing 28,000 employees in over 80 countries.- Provide advice on all compliance matters (the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and related policies and procedures, including concerning anti-corruption (U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, U.K. Bribery Act, and other applicable laws), AML, anti-fraud and conflicts of Interest, fair competition, and data privacy) and inquiries to business and functional partners within the Region;- Revise and negotiate compliance contract clauses and other third-party compliance questionnaires;- Conduct live and online training on ethics compliance and business ethics policies and procedures; as well as applicable local law;- Conduct the requisite due diligence associated with travel, gift and entertainment, donation and sponsorship requests requiring Compliance approval;- Manage and execute compliance due diligence procedures relating to proposed third party intermediaries, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture formations, as applicable, for presentation to the management;- Advise on and implement compliance integration efforts in acquired entities and joint ventures;- Lead internal compliance investigations and audits with implementation of remediation plans;- Assist during compliance audits conducted by third parties;- Monitor external developments in compliance, including laws and regulations, government investigations, and industry best practices;- Formulate recommendations regarding manners of addressing Region-specific areas of compliance vulnerability and risks and implement the same;- Supervise and coordinate with outside compliance counsel as needed;- Participate in enterprise-wide compliance related initiatives, including revision of compliance policies and procedures;- Perform various other duties assigned by HQ (Houston, USA);- Report to HQ (Houston, USA) on a regular basis.

Full-range Legal & Compliance support (office and 6 branches in: Saint-Petersburg, Krasnodar, Samara, Novosibirsk, Ekaterinburg and Irkutsk).Workload includes but is not limited to: production issues, general day-to-day consulting and projects related issues, optimization of current business processes to make it more effective, internal audit requirements implementation. Legal Guidance and Consultations: providing proactive legal services and effective advising to business and all functions on different legal entity matters. Project work: full-range legal support for the projects. Litigations: participation in court proceedings at all stages of the trial, debt collection, reporting to HQ. Regulatory Affairs: representing the company in relevant associations and partnerships to ensure company’s interests are secured through those organizations Compliance: ensuring compliance programs set by the global program owners of anti-bribery and anti-corruption, reporting to HQ. Responsible for compliance local implementation. Identifying areas of improvement, and assisting with the development of operational processes, required internal controls, policies and procedures.
