I am graduating with a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Griffith University in 2024. I believe that sporting success stems from maximising performance and team culture. My role as an exercise scientist is to help athletes reach their physical potential and create a culture flow through all aspects of the team. I am known for using my honesty and judgement to drive athletes forward towards an ultimate team goal. During my studies at university, I acquired knowledge and skills, I have applied this knowledge critically to achieve high marks and receive numerous academic awards. These skills have been effectively translated into my internship with the Gold Coast Titans during the 2023 and 2024 seasons. I have been responsible for their velocity-based training program and have assisted in developing professional athletes using evidence-based programs.
