I am a project management professional with 6 years of diverse inspections and certifications experience. I have a strong background in business administration, project design and scheduling, data analytics, and team management. I currently work for Bureau Veritas as a Senior Project Manager, conducting Property Condition Assessments (PCA's), Property Condition Equity Assessments (PCE's), Energy Sustainability Audits, Lighting Audits, and Asset Data Collection. In my current role, I have successfully completed over 500 projects, generated a high revenue stream, and managed large scale projects. My biggest project to date was in conjunction with the Minneapolis Housing Authority in Minnesota. The project timeline lasted 8 weeks, as I served as a Field Team Manager directing a team of 5 to collect data on 736 single family homes. This data would then be used to renovate, update, or repair a series of homes within a very large yet organized portfolio. This project awarded me an MVP award for 2019 in my company, where only 1 other team member in my department received similar recognition. Other projects I have participated in my 6 years at Bureau Veritas:‣ Yakota Air Base Lighting Audit: For 3 weeks, me and a team of 8 were sent to Tachikawa, Tokyo, Japan to assess over 100 buildings for the US military base in Tokyo. The audit's purpose was to accurately determine and provide cost recommendations for more efficient lighting by retro fitting current lighting fixtures with LED lights in order to conserve energy. The project concluded a week early, and set the standard for future lighting audits. ‣ Harry S. Truman Building (State Department) Energy Sustainability Audit: In the Fall of 2019, I served as a Field Team Manager and coordinated a multi-person effort to assess The Harry S. Truman Building in Washington D.C. We assessed all non-retro fitted lighting, plumbing, HVAC equipment, and other forms of energy loss concerning central plant based controls and heat loss from exterior windows. As a result, we were able to generate a large data portfolio for the United States Government which would allow more efficient energy usage based on our recommendations. In addition to my project portfolio, I have expertise in various software programs, such as MS Office, MS Project, Quire - a cloud based technical writing software that I utilize to draft reports for clients, and ACGO - an in house made app to complete various and more unique inspections/data collections.
Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Customer Service, Microsoft Excel, Project Management, and 6 others.
