Possehl Online Solutions GmbH, based in Augsburg, Germany, is a company founded in December 2020 by the Possehl Group in Luebeck, Germany. Since August 1, 2018, the e-commerce clerk has been a recognized dual apprenticeship in Germany in accordance with the Berufsbildungsgesetz (BBiG - Vocational Training Act). The apprenticeship is primarily offered in trade (wholesale and foreign trade, retail). However, it is also suitable for other sectors, e.g. tourism companies, service providers or manufacturers who sell their products online. The focus of this apprenticeship is on managing and operating a webshop or other online platforms. Working as an honorary examiner in the field of apprenticeships, I deal with young people who are usually gaining their first professional experience within the dual training system. The dual apprenticeship system stands for very high quality and is the basis for a successful promotion of young talents. Together with the honorary examiners, the IHK Schwaben carries out around 17,000 apprenticeship examinations every year. For the apprentices, the successful completion of their apprenticeship marks the start of an independent professional career.

It resulted from a merger of "Roland Offset- und Maschinenfabrik Faber und Schleicher" with "Augsburger M.A.N.-Druck- und Maschinenbau".In my role as Parts Sales Manager, I am responsible for quoting and order processing for spare parts for the regions Latin America, UK, Ireland, Turkey and North and Central Africa. My other responsibilities in the spare parts service include complaint management and tracking of delivery dates, processing of return deliveries, issuing of credit notes, processing of spare parts credits, tracking and clarification of open claims, warranty processing of subsequent deliveries to new machines and processing of letters of credit.Special Projects:Participating in the go-live of the printing industry's first B2B online webshop in 2007 and supporting the project management in the servicing of the major installation of 18 new COLORMAN XXL newspaper presses in Glasgow, Knowsley and London (order value over 600 million euros) for the News International customer group.

I also support the timely and complete delivery of documents for letters of credit processing in the service.
