About Alexander Wachter
Als Unternehmer habe ich wertvolle Erfahrungen in Konzernen, in mittelständischen Unternehmen sowie im Start-up-Umfeld sammeln dürfen. Meine Überzeugungskraft sowie meine Expertise in Marketing und Vertrieb zählen zu meinen größten Stärken. Als Business Angel investiere ich in vielversprechende junge Unternehmen und bringe meine Erfahrungen ein, um deren Erfolg voranzutreiben.Aufgrund meiner Kenntnisse im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau und Erfolge im E-Commerce durfte ich im Mai 2019 die Position des Cluster-Leads Digital Sales bei der Possehl Group als Zusatzfunktion zu meiner damaligen Führungsposition bei der manroland Goss web systems GmbH übernehmen. Aus dieser Position heraus entstand im Dezember 2020 die erste erfolgreiche Neugründung der Gruppe.Die Possehl Online Solutions GmbH bietet eigenentwickelte und auf mittelständische Unternehmen zugeschnittene B2B-E-Commerce-Lösungen als Software as a Service an. Darüber hinaus betreibt das Unternehmen einen eigenen Marktplatz namens MyPossehl und unterstützt seine Kunden bei der erfolgreichen Einführung und Etablierung der E-Commerce-Lösung.Heute hat das Unternehmen die erste Gründungsphase erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Es gibt zahlreiche aktive und zufriedene Kunden, sowohl innerhalb der Possehl-Gruppe als auch extern. Für das Unternehmen geht es nach der initialen Aufbauarbeit nun in die nächste Phase der Skalierung. Ich habe mich entschieden, die Verantwortung in dieser Phase zu übergeben, um mich wieder neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen. Ich werde meinem Team weiterhin zur Verfügung stehen, jedoch nicht mehr bei den operativen Aufgaben mitwirken.Neben meinen beruflichen Verpflichtungen engagiere ich mich seit 2018 ehrenamtlich als Mitglied in zwei Prüfungsausschüssen bei der IHK Schwaben zur Förderung des Nachwuchses.Ich bin ein großer Freund von Schwarmintelligenz, pflege deshalb gerne mein berufliches Netzwerk und nehme regelmäßig in unterschiedlichen Veranstaltungsformaten sowohl als Speaker als auch als Gast teil.

The dual apprenticeship system stands for very high quality and is the basis for a successful promotion of young talents. Together with the honorary examiners, the IHK Schwaben carries out around 17,000 apprenticeship examinations every year. For the apprentices, the successful completion of their apprenticeship marks the start of an independent professional career. -
