Currently supporting client as an Enterprise Data Steward. Prior to that I functioned as Lead Tester and Business Analyst on a large multi-regional project. By leading testing efforts, I have been able to identify significant application performance issues that were able to be resolved. I have been able to gather knowledge around the current software that is being replaced by the project and have become a subject matter expert level resource for the IT team to utilize.As lead tester I developed comprehensive Test Plans for Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing along with leading Integration Testing and UAT sessions with IT and Business stakeholders.As a BA I have used my knowledge of SQL to identify the procedures performed by the existing software in order for the IT team to incorporate many of the core capabilities of the current software into the new global application that is being developed.Prior to that I supported the client as a Financial Analyst / Data Analyst on the Program Management Team for a program with a budget of $57M, spans 4 verticals and includes 29 active projects. Was responsible for creating, analyzing, optimizing and distributing reporting metrics. Prior to joining the Program Management Team I worked as a Business Analyst specializing in the customer call service application. I used my knowledge of the application to effectively gather and analyze requirements. Once requirements were gathered I would reconcile them to ensure the business needs were accounted for. My responsibilities also included creating project documentation including High Level Requirements, Detailed Level Requirements and Requirements Traceability Matrices.
