Critical tasks include monthly reporting, payroll, invoicing, liquidity management, and ongoing handling of ad hoc requests.

Tasks include- accounting controls,- preparing annual reports and income tax assessments, and- handling ongoing accounting and tax issues.

The Edinburgh Award facilitates the development of transferable skills which are highly applicable to my professional career. The three skills I chose to focus on were written communications, leadership, and time management. In particular, my participation in conferences and liaising with fellow students, and coaching sessions with supervisors served as main drivers during this development process.

Representing and carrying out jobs on behalf of Orkla Confectionery & Snacks AS. Work consisted of frequent visits to leading supermarkets in Norway to coordinate the in-store supply and demand of soda and confectionary.- High workload; attended up to seven supermarkets in one day. Time management therefore essential while also ensuring an appropriate level of service provided. - Responsibilities included planning sales by ordering and distributing stock. - With the job came great responsibility as supermarkets relied on my ability to ensure they had enough stock until my next visit. - Managing up an essential part of the job; I needed the approval and signature of instore supervisors before placing an order.
