- Working to GLP and GCP Regulations.- Supervision of clinical and pre-clinical Anti-Drug Antibody, Pharmokenetic, Toxicokenetic and Potency Validation/ Sample Analysis studies using ELISA Technique with the following responsibilities;- Study Set up and shut down.- Batch and analyst scheduling with the senior manager.- Sample organisation and management via Nautilus and Watson Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS)- Data processing, interpretation, quality control checking and reporting via Watson LIMS and manual tables.- Reagent and test article ordering and tracking.- Ensuring all studies conform to company Quality Assurance (QA) standards.- Analyzing and interpreting data and decision making based on the outcome of experiments.- Running complex ELISA methods and batches such as reagent optimization, range finder, drug potency etc.- Troubleshooting and amending methods and procedures to produce more reliable and sensitive assays.-Writing, amending, and issuing of technical department Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) and assay specific Analytical Procedures (AP).- Control of Substance Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and health and safety reviews of reagents and methods.- Leading "Process excellence" projects to improve department procedures.-Performance of all ELISA formats including chemiluminescent, Gyrolab XP, MesoScale Discovery, Ultra Violet Spectrometer Assays.-Running and co-coordinating Laboratory investigations.-Subject Matter Expert (SME) in GyroLab XP

As an Experimental Officer 1 in the Immunochemistry Department my main role is to prepare, perform, and document the data produced by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbant Assay (ELISA) Techniques. This must be done whilst adhering to the stardards of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

I work in a role providing essential support for Immunochemistry laboratory operations with responsibility for equipment metrology, reagent ordering/preparation/receipt and general laboratory housekeeping duties while building an understanding of the practical skills required to perform routine sample analysis.
