My passion is developing people and allowing them to be the best that they can be in their given role and to that end I am currently completing my CIPD level 5 qualification in people management as a method of self development to compliment my 15 years of leadership experience. I am an experienced Retail Manager who has taken on responsibility in various HR related roles such as training and development on a regional scale, staff wellbeing during the covid 19 pandemic, performance and behaviour management and investigations/disciplinary etc and most recently as an employee relations lead. My retail career began in 2007 as a part time member of staff at a mobile network retail store since that time i progressed to full time, a senior sales advisor, assistant manager, store manager and regional wellbeing lead. I am currently employed by one of the countries leading health and wellbeing retailers as a store manager and regional employee relations lead.I am enthusiastic, hard working and love working in challenging environments to deliver against given KPI’s
