In the six months that I have reported to Alex, I feel have grown immensely, both professionally and personally, under his guidance and mentorship. I feel that Alex is able to create momentum in the workplace by being passionate and positive about his work and the work product of those around him be being genuinely interested and invested in the people he works with. Alex’s broader experiences from his previous employers gives him a unique and “larger than most” perspective on business development and relations which became immediately apparent in the many strategic client sessions that he shepherded me through. Alex’s questions and critical observations have been immensely helpful in helping me to define my own professional goals. In short, Alex is a hyper-intelligent geek who possesses the best qualities of an executive, manager and friend. He is presentable, personable, and professional. Alex is a people person and he excels in being able to connect with the people around him on a fundamental level. This makes him approachable and likable in the workplace…a person who is respected by his peers, management, as well as his direct reports. I can honestly state that in my 15 years in Information Security, with the high drama personalities that are prevalent, that this all around sense of being well liked is extremely rare.
