After my practical engineering life, I held various positions in local and global project management and leadership roles. Most of the time I worked in the matrix function as well as line manager and led operational excellence streams.Most recently, I trained as a life and social counselor, life and hospice companion, coach, trainer and mediator.I followed my inner voice and began to work on my own personal development. I did several Elevator installations the first few years. It covered the full range of elevator types in Austria that time. After gaining experience in NEW installation business, I changed to Modernization business. Compared to new lifts, modernizations are more demanding, as it does require a permanent "everything is possible" attitude. From a technical point of view modernizations are a NON-Standard business. But within a short period of time my maintenance route got less and I became one of the troubleshooters of the city.
