Directed the logistics and the transition of the facilities services teams into the new $2 billion, 2,400,000 sq ft St Bartholomew and Royal London hospitals in London. Mobilized the services through the development of detailed project plans and engaging with executive stakeholders, clinical subject matter experts and vendors. Successfully handed over to the operations and maintenance teams and delivered $4 million of additional projects at $2.6 million margin and negotiated an annual reduction of life cycle risk by $300k per year. Led $30M Engineering services business with 1,000 clients and 220 staff through 5 Senior Operations Managers, a Finance, HR and H&S Manager with full P&L accountability.
