I recently graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (May 2020) and have enhanced my formal education with rich summer jobs and recent courses. This summer I obtained certificates in Python, Tableau, SQL, and Machine Learning. My degree is in mathematics, a background for data analysis. However, I learned over time that data analysis and all things data interest me far more than pure mathematics.I worked for the Port Authority of NY/NJ where I created a closed-circuit TV spreadsheet to validate login credentials and inspect overall quality control issues with cameras monitoring lower Manhattan. The data we collected gave us insight into the weight of trucks and movement of cargo through the streets. I created an inventory management tracking spreadsheet for a staging and design studio company to track the current location of props and identify them with codes for designation for certain rooms in apartments for sale.
