I helped Customers over the phones

I was tasked with writing the technical pages for both the terminal and cloud software programs of the POS System. I also checked the hardware of the terminals that we sold for any issues. This would include checking cash drawers, thermal printers and credit card readers. At the same time, I also installed our Linux based terminal software. Occasionally I would need to troubleshoot and update the software while diagnosing occasional problems the customer would be having with the software I did this via VNC connection or TeamViewer as required.

I was tasked with pulling the computer parts needed for customer orders.

This was my freelance gig. I help people design and maintain their websites at reasonable rates. I also provide some training on the WordPress Blog Publishing Software as well as Research on Various Plugins as needed.

I was tasked with designing, developing and maintaining websites for our clients using the WordPress.org Software Platform. We used programs such as Photoshop to tweak various graphics and customize themes that we purchased to suit the client’s needs. Once in a while, we would need to go into the theme’s inner workings to either add or modify functionality to the theme with PHP Coding. Sometimes I would make updates to these sites based on emails that we would receive from our clients.

I was tasked with designing, building and maintaining websites. I was often charged with making changes and updates to these sites as needed, often doing so while I had the customer on the phone. I also took care of updates received through the ticketing system or via email. These sites utilized customized PHP, HTML, CSS & JavaScript. They were often edited using Adobe Dreamweaver. Graphics were either designed by the designer or supplied by the customer, which were edited in Adobe Photoshop.
