I am a partner and the Creative Director for Fourdozen, an independent creative marketing agency in Vietnam. Headquartered in Hanoi, we serve an international roster of over 60 clients in the education, finance, healthcare and F&B sectors. A growing part of our portfolio also includes advocacy and social campaigns with NGOs and multilaterals, including projects to combat trafficking in persons with the British Council, support sustainable forestry and consumption of certified forest products with the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC), and promote child wellness with UNICEF and UNESCO.A values-driven creative agency, Fourdozen is committed to treating online communities with the respect that they deserve and to telling real stories that resonate. We do this with purpose-written copy in multiple languages, thousands of original photographs, and hundreds of video products. As the Creative Director, I lead a multidisciplinary team of artists, writers and producers to make work worth loving.

I write essays, articles, blog posts and other online content writing for a range publications. My work has appeared in The Guardian, Salon, This Land and Tin House.

Managed social media and press for USAID/Afghanistan’s Office of Infrastructure, one of the largest technical offices in the Agency with a total pipeline of nearly $2 billion. Developed an innovative organic advocacy campaign of Facebook which resulted over a million engagements in Afghanistan alone, and wrote press releases that became front page news.

Working out of the USAID/Rwanda program office, I assisted the mission with their change management process by helping them meet the recommendations put forward in their Mission Management Assessment, rewriting all mission orders and adopting the Agency Program Cycle Reforms. I also facilitated the annual Mission-wide retreat, which marked the conclusion of the formal MMA reform process.

For a period of two years I worked on software testing and deployment out of an office at the US State Department. In this role I traveled to 17 embassies around the world to train and set up knowledge management systems, and managed the software testing process in Washington.
