“Integrator” start-up project: organization of financing for farmers located in the area of AgroTerra presence to increase crop production/trading volumes

1. Credit risk assessment (credit policy development and implementation, credit process set-up, preparation of credit write-ups, etc) 2. Contract administration (lease transaction documents drafting - lease contracts, sales and purchase contracts, sureties, etc; operational process set-up; operational procedures drafting and implementation to regulate contract activations, reschedules, early terminations, deferrals, etc) 3. IT system implementation (HomNet), incl. business requirements preparation and further system testing4. Insurance (incl. negotiations on terms of general cooperation agreement with insurance company, policies issue, insurance events handling)5. Customer service (payment schedule modifications, customers invoicing etc)6. Collection (debt recovery policy preparation; past-due accounts monitoring; legal actions; etc)7. Repossession and further remarketing 8. AML process set-up; Rosfinmonitoring reporting9. Credit Operations team integration into existing John Deere structure, coaching, performance assessment, providing feedback

Managed 3 departments (14 people) within the Wholesale business unit: Sales (handling dealer’s requests, documentation submission), Operations (disbursements, repayments, wholesale charges, collection and repossession activities, PTS logistics), Wholesale Audits (vehicles checking).- manage the timely completion and review of the credit packages prepared by the wholesale department to ensure the analysis is accurate and credit risk to the bank has been correctly identified;- accurate assessment of the following: justification of lines, negotiating and/or structuring loan requests, executed documentation, sources of repayment/guarantor support, insurance coverage, etc.;- provide support and guidance to the wholesale staff to make sure that the post approval conditions are implemented or completed (i.e. required documents, covenant compliance, etc.);- establish good relations with Dealers and Partners;- new financial products development and implementation (test-drive product);- managing and supervising the activities of Wholesale Department associates to ensure maximum productivity with high customer service levels;- collection of wholesale charges, preparation of audit schedule and resolution of audit issues as they arise;- repossessions

- support of Volvo / Renault Trucks sales financing;- special projects management (new set-up, risk share, syndication, alternative financing, trade financing, floor plan programs, funding, IT system development, etc); - meeting the business targets: new volumes-ATROE-delinquency- penetration;- elaboration of VFS commercial strategy in cooperation with BAs;- local budget preparing and control; - development and promotion of VFS financial products.- credit and financial analysis of lessees, presentations on the international credit committee;- credit risks evaluation and mitigation;- structuring of leasing and credit deals;- control of leasing and security agreements preparation (leasing contracts, guarantees, surety agreements, buy-back agreements);- prepare financing sales statistics and other business reports to VFSI headquarters (operating plans, penetration, etc);- perform industry and market researches, defining VFS business opportunities;- preparation and conducting of presentations for external VFS counterparts and seminars for Volvo sales staff.
