Every since my grandfather who became the first Chinese exchange student in Sweden, influenced me and my family to be interested in cross cultural understanding. From my life experience I learned that the understanding of people and the importance of their cultural background and heritage is exciting and significant in understanding behavior of sales and market perception. This started my passion for sales and marketing.The first time I went to China on my own was when I was 7 years old, the first job I ever had was a translator for CCTV (China Central Television) when I was 14 years old.I have always worked within the field of business development, strategic and complex sales and marketing.My current passion is commercial real estate and I finished the mega success project Mall of Scandinavia, the largest shopping mall in northern Europe with over 300 000 sqm (101 000 sqm retail). I finished working for the 5th largest construction company in the world. It is also one of the largest construction companies in USA. At Skanska I used to work with the whole process of commercial real estate; initiate project, design & development, construction, leasing and transaction.Today I am working @Atrium Ljungberg with leasing development, innovation, future trends and how commercial real estate companies will tackle the fast changing environment with retail, office and future meeting places in the physical and digital environment.
