I'm in charge of the automotive, medical and pharma projects within the Rhine-Main & Mannheim area. By defining and establishing multi level project management structures I'm ensuring financial as well as technical success of our project execution. This starts with a proper elaboration during the acquisition process and doesn't simply end with a successful project closure, since there will be a lot of extraordinary people looking for new opportunities. This implies the responsibility for 5 SWPMs and the software lead of the largest SW project (pilot project for the next brakesystem generation)- responsibility for all 5 SWPMs of the customer group- ensure reuse and common approach through all active projects for one customer - matrix lead of the worldwide software team with ~200 developers in an agile framework (scrum, kanban, sprints)- align software changes in an agile framework with the customer and internal stakeholders like production, function, system, mechanics, electronics, testing, etc.

from July 2020 on: software lead of an multibinary application project (4 SW teams to be aligned)- introduced a new brake system incl. new MCU generation and printed circuit board- provided the software package (incl. all pilot topics) in time to serve the industrialization & production verification - matrix lead of the worldwide software team with ~200 developers in an agile framework (scrum, kanban, sprints)- introduce and train new SWPMs- align software changes in an agile framework with the customer and internal stakeholders like production, function, system, mechanics, electronics, testing, etc.till June 2020: Software lead of the worldwide continuous integration [CI] approach including the responsibility of the VED Software Development mainline (software branch on which all projects base on)- introduced new tools to significantly improve the quality of all ~60 projects (base & application) - execution of regular milestones to continuously increase the quality of the generic brake system software - improved the communication through all departments to significantly decrease the downtime of central infrastructures

System Design - Brake & Chassis- developed and introduced a new calculation model for brake systems which considers hydraulic and electric / recuperative brake torque to guarantee an optimized brake system layout of H/EV - tool development to simulate brake systems with Matlab, Java, VBA & SQL (e.g. simplify the handling & GUI, add new functionalities and increase automation, ...)- provide trainings for those applications- brake system layout for Customer
