Currently supporting Marine Corps Installation West (MCIWEST) with the California Air Resources Board Air (CARB) Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) on-road and off-road fleet compliance. Provide compliance support and reporting for over 1,000 on-road and off-road vehicles. Prepared SB-14 documents and proposed reduction methods to decrease generation of waste oil debris from vehicle maintenance operations. Outlined best management practices/training for operators to clean-up and minimize waste.Provided support for the Title V annual emission inventory as well as the greenhouse gas report (approximately 50,000 metric tons CO2e) which consisted of cogeneration, and boilers. In addition, worked closely with the air district and facility to accurately calculate emissions in the Hotspots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) and calculate the facility Prioritization Score in response to a tentative health risk assessment.
