Led the execution of 60 programs, services, and incentives across both residential and commercial customers (600,000 homes and businesses) resulting in 100% achievement of my department’s contribution to the 2030 Zero Carbon goals. Completed a number of programmatic tasks via MS Excel, including investigating customer accounts for eligibility and enrollment errors as well as auditing and analyzing program data for refinement opportunities. Primary project was performing energy usage and billing analytics to evaluate the benefits of 20+ building electrification projects performed by the company within the last five years and their respective business value. Project also entailed presenting findings to company department heads for evaluation of the worth of continuing with such projects.

Performed calculations, experiments, and tests for a packaged energy storage system that uses carbon nanotube structures, allowing it to charge more than 300x faster and last 3x longer than lithium ion batteries while still having enhanced energy density. Researched carbon nanotube growth and nanostructure based devices for applications in energy storage, solar cell technologies, environmental sensing, and healthcare that exceed state-of-the-art technologies and practices. Studied how nanotechnology can be commercialized by collecting market intelligence, engaging in business development, and understanding various policies and regulations.

Analyzed 100+ water samples to preserve aquatic wildlife in the United States, contributing to the publication of a formal paper in the Ecological Society of America. Designed, built, and tested 50+ macroinvertebrate traps to study where macroinvertebrates are entering streams at Pinnacles National Park during times of drought. Identified existing data on aquatic wildlife at select estuaries in the last 40 years and processing it in R, producing analytics on how climate change is creating phenological shifts and adversely affecting wildlife populations.
