Have experience in the Customer Service field for more than 5 years which requires a high professionalism, good interpersonal skills, and communication skills. Along with customer service duties, the mathematics learned in mechanical engineering accustomed me to work precisely, quickly and efficiently with full calculation. The acceleration of decision-making in work and educating customers with excellent communication skills has also been accustomed to helping the company's mechanism to maintain the company's image and good name. Besides that, I used to manage logistics, employee administrations and secretarial work, it allows me to work with discipline, thorough, neat and agile.Therefore, I do believe that I am capable to contribute in obtaining excellent performance in a cooperative teamwork at this company to reap the goals and achievements. As proven achievement, I got the Certificate of Excellence for Service and Operational and got the top 5 BRI Kanca Kuningan for cross selling of customer service's target and successfully achieve KPI values including Critical & Noncritical Errors above 90% each month at OCBC NISP.I am an organized, honest, responsible, hard-working person, highly motivated and polite individual. I am a capable, adaptable and flexible person who enjoys social activities, connects with many people proven with working in many event organizers.
