TeamGym Aarhus is a gymnastic club housing both elite- and grassroot gymnasts. The ten teams in the club practices each around 3-4 times weekly and occupies 50+ coaches.During my time as sports coordinator and chairman of the board we have produced the following results:- Increased the amount of members from 170 to 250- Hosting 5 major gymnastics competitions for 3000 participants (GymDanmark, Federation)- Hosting the Danish Championship in Ceres Arena (2.000 audience members).- Strategy development, short, mid and long.- Organize project teams for parents to help coordinate activities in an agile environment.- Recruitment, retention and development of 60+ instructors.- Recruitment and integration of board members.- Creation of a project team to build a new gymnastic gym (35+ mil dkr.).- Better coordination with other clubs, municipalities etc.- Developing elite academy, Dual Careers in cooperation with Aarhus University and esaa.dk- Succeeding developing new projects with external funding (Applications)- Becoming top 15 club In Aarhus measured in activity hours, out of 413 clubs in Aarhus.

Project manager of projects mitigating risk and complexity in the automotive Industry.- Was assigned 6 risk and complexity mitigation projects as a project manager.- client asked me to continue with the projects, as they had been running for 2-4 years with multiple project leaders.However, I took the liberty on my own, to make an assessment and business case for the projects. Result: the projects were closed down due the benefits were no longer feasible. And the company have saved themselves 20mil DKK because my assessment.

Cirque Du Soleil – Alegria Arena Tour (20+ different nationalities on tour)As the team manager my responsibilities were:- Hiring talented artists / athletes that met the caliber and requirements of the show.- Conduct interview to promote the show. These interviews ranged from internationally televised interviews to magazine photo shoots. - Responsible for organizing weekly practices to guarantee my team meets the standards of what is required by Cirque du Soleil and to ensure the quality and integrity of the act. - Conduct team meetings to promote new ideas, to give feedback accordingly and to promote team spirit, & to motivate them to achieve their highest potential.- Communicate with the production department and technical teams, including lighting technicians, sound technicians, riggers, carpenters and stage managers to facilitate practices and ensure the team has the most ideal working conditions.- Create and maintain detailed records of all activity regarding shows and practices, and report to the company manager and artistic director to update them with any challenges or progress.- Travel every week and adapt to foreign lifestyles.- Perform in 8-10 shows weekly (300+ yearly)- Conduct performance reviews on each of the artists / athletes

Third project i was part of ATEA's team that was stationed at DONG's(Now Ørsted) HQ i have learned to:- Cooperate with other IT teams.- Repair computers.- Developing new processes for IT services.- IT service of Ørsteds powerplants across Jylland and Fyn.- IT Service for Ørsted employees before and after their workcycle at oil rigs.

Horsens Hospital

Second project i was hired for daily IT operations at Horsens Hospital, but my tasks evolved quickly into much more advanced and complex assignments:- 2nd level support, helpdesk.- Learn to operate special programs such as X-ray software, blood databases, dictations tools for doctors, nurses etc.- Server maintenance (VMware workstations etc.).- Responsible for daily IT operations of Odder and Brædstrup Hospital.- Teaching new IT staff in Horsens IT services.- Documentation and reports.

With only self taught knowledge in IT, I was hired by ATEA to a simple project, but quickly had to adapt to constant new environments and learning how to navigate in this fast pace field.In my first project i was assigned to the project for the bank 'Sparkassen' for a month, I learned to:- Coordinate tasks for 'Sparkassens' 30 branches across jylland and fyn.- Adapt to new environment everyday- Be service minded for new needs each place.
