Interim Scrum Master for two development team working on developing Bookplan. Bookplan is a scheduling system, that assist the flow and interactions between patients and hospitals in regards to bookings. Additionally it is a resource optimization for said hospitals internal resources. The system is implemented in around half of the hospitals in Denmark.As Scrum Master i facilitated Scrum Ceremonies, and enabled steady progress and deliveries. Additionally I assisted in capacity, budget considerations and decisions, to ensure that these were in balance.

At Arla i participated in starting up a team that dealt with Digital Workspace. The team was responsible for halfyearly MS office updates (Evergreen), cloud migrations (OneDrive, Exchange Online), Unified Communication (Telephony, Skype, meeting rooms) and a general improvement of coworkers utilization of collaboration tools. My responsibility included facilitating the following Scrum ceremonies; Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Grooming sessions (Backlog refinement), Retrospectives, Sprint demo. Additionally I facilitated and assisted in relation to SAFe ceremonies; PI planning, System demo and Inspect & adapt. In my daily work I coached the team on agile principles – among others regarding self organization and a MVP (minimum viable product) way of thinking. Additionally I introduced story point estimation, as well as utilizing hour on a task level to create the most usable and transparent iteration burndown chart. Throughout all PI’s (program increments) my teams delivered stable on agreed upon business objectives with the business. Additionally I trained other Scrum Master with the objective of Arla implementing Scrum and SAFe in the best way.

At Systematic I served as a test analyst in close collaboration with test management colleagues. Here I helped ensure the quality of the new care journal in Aarhus municipality, Columna Cura. Focus for my engagement was preparing and facilitating test sessions with end users of the system. Here I ensured that the test was designed to cover all aspects of the requirement specification. In preparation of the test I collaborated closely with the customers test manager to interpret use cases and system requirement specification optimally when creating test cases. In my work I utilized Test Rail and Jira and participated in risk workshops.

At LEGO I worked as a Digital Producer responsible for several internationally launched apps with millions of downloads. I served as project manager in an agile set-up, where the development team was based out of India, and lead developers situated in onsite in Billund. I was responsible for the creating of campaign websites, with the primary contact to customer as well as developers. I managed projects end-to-end from estimates and scoping to business analysis with the customer to execution of the solution out of an Indian development set-up.
