My journey at SiS began with a motivational role at a locked institution, where I served as a treatment assistant for young adults with special diagnosis and treatment needs. In this position, I was dedicated to achieving our set treatment goals and was actively involved in developing new and established methods to help us reach them.As I gained experience and expertise, I was promoted to a management role in 2012 as a coordinator. In this capacity, I assumed overall responsibility for documentation, security, planning, and coordination between departments and staff. My administrative workload was significant, and I quickly learned the importance of maintaining an overall perspective while using complex problem-solving skills to ensure success.In my final years at SiS, I was honored to be promoted to the position of head of department in 2016. In this role, I was responsible for leading the day-to-day operational work, including planning and documenting the business, supporting and coaching the staff group, and performing administrative tasks, such as staff planning and business development. With a focus on excellence, I worked tirelessly to ensure that all aspects of our department were running smoothly and that our clients received the best possible care.Overall, my journey at SiS was an incredible experience, and I am grateful for the opportunities I had to grow and develop professionally.
