De Workrate Academy is eind 2009 door Workrate opgezet als middel om de kwaliteit van dienstverlening te borgen en naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Als Coördinator ondersteunde ik de Account Managers in het proces van aannemen, inwerken, certificeren en trainen van hun mensen. Naast het ondersteunen van Account Managers zette ik systemen op om mensen te trainen, sollicitatieprocessen te verbeteren, een link te leggen tussen prestaties en beloning en continu de Academy als zodanig te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren.

Workrate is a company that is specialized in physical data center security. Our customers are large data centers that host mission critical data for large national and international organisations like banks, governments, financial institutions, energy companies, cloud computing networks, etc. As Operations Manager I always try to make sure our customers are fully satisfied with the quality of our services. Supporting our Account Managers and always trying to improve our internal processes and efficiency.During this time Workrate expanded a great deal, this meant growing as a company but at the same time never losing sight of our goals; providing the very best security for our clients.
