Alerts from IBI’s TRANSIT-alerts system are viewed by thousands of passengers a day in Boston, MA, Vancouver, BC, and Los Angeles, CA.- SunRail Data Intermediary Development and Integration: improvements to the rail line's real-time arrival prediction algorithm.- TransLink Bus Speed and Reliability: analyzed operator reports with stop-to-stop bus speeds to determine areas most needing spot improvements.- Atlanta Regional Link Authority FTA IMI Grant Application: led the content development for the grant application and coordinated the writing process among several collaborators.- TRANSIT-dashboards: development on a visualization tool to view historic and real time performance metrics.

- Design, write, and prepare proposals for RFPs and RFQs. - Prepare pro formas and discounted cash flow analysis for future development projects- Assessed market conditions through research of demographic information, real estate trends, and existing and future transit connections.
