Working as the Supply Chain Manager for Chika's Foods I am managing all aspects of supply and logistics during the biggest period of growth the company has ever seen. A lean approach has been adopted to stock holding, which has transformed the supply chain, reducing costs and ensuring customers received the freshest stock with the greatest life. Instilling the ideology of process improvement within my team was a challenge I set, it was well received and has helped to grow the culture of continuous improvement at Chika's. This has allowed for continued questioning and improving of business processes. Transitioning from start up to SME has posed a range of new difficulties, however, providing the same care to independent customers and multinationals has been at the core of all decisions, whilst respecting the individual demands and requirements of them all.

Working as part of the Process Improvement Team, I was responsible for mapping business processes across the organisation as well as managing the company's Continuous Improvement culture through a network of 'Lean Champions'. My role also involved working towards improving process efficiency, through the facilitation of problem solving sessions aimed at streamlining organisational processes
