My role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) embraces leadership of several corporate service functions encompassing; Commercial, Human Resources and Information Communication Technology (ICT).I am a member of EM&I's Leadership Team reporting to our central board of directors.My role seeks to support and develop EM&I's commercial systems and processes, overseeing client and key supplier contract negotiations, recruitment and retention of team members and overseeing the suppliers who look after our cloud-based systems which allow us to operate effectively as a global organisation. My role was created in response to the exciting growth that the EM&I Group is experiencing, around the world, requiring greater business efficiency whilst managing the additional corporate governance responsibilities.

My role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) embraces leadership of several key corporate service functions encompassing; Finance, Accounts, Human Resources and Information Communication Technology.My focus is on the development of EM&I's financial systems and processes, recruitment and retention of our staff and overseeing the commercial and contractual aspects of our business.This new role has been created in response to the exciting growth that the EM&I Group is experiencing, around the world, requiring greater business efficiency whilst managing the additional corporate governance responsibilities.

In April 2009, I took on my current role as COO which gives me primary responsibility for the organisations’ worldwide Operations with a key focus on Projects, Logistics, and Stores service delivery.I have had experience as Project Director for a number of O-AIMS and IRM projects and am actively serving in this role for EM&I UK’s project with Bureau Veritas EM&I in support of its major contract with TEPUK (Total Exploration and Production UK) as well as several significant repair and maintenance projects in Asia – Pacific.In my current role I am also the Executive Sponsor for the development of the automatic IGLOO system and have been an active leader of the project team comprising engineers, project managers and technicians.
