Led the divisional heads of producion, projects and all functions, managed existing customers and developed new customers for the $15B company.

Seconded by Chevron to join the Management Team of HMDC, a Joint Venture to develop the oil reserves off the east coast of Newfoundland, Canada. Led the team responsible for all Drilling, Well Completion and Well Performance processes, including Information Technology and Supply Chain for this $4B offshore project.Started up and commissioned the masive offshore platform safely, within budget and ahead of schedule. Project produces over 200,000b/d.
