One year enterprise change / transformation project around improving customer interaction and sales outcomes for inbound and the development of an outbound sales channel within a call centre environment.Providing leadership, direction, support and performance management for a team of 6 managers, approximately 50 call agents and another 15 tertiary staff.Driving results through the development, implementation, refinement and integration of a bespoke Customer Service and Sales process tool, we were able to set the new yardstick by which the operation is now measured, including:- Increased Sales per Agent, Sales per Call and Sales Revenues, in spite of declining inbound call volumes.- Improved Occupancy, Speed to Answer and First Call Resolution rates.- Reduced Call Abandonment rates and improved Customer Satisfaction Scores.- Better Workforce Planning, motivation and Performance Management.- Successful Callback / Outbound call strategies.- Clearer reporting and data management.
