My experience in the roof coatings first as an installer, and then a distributor and finally a manufacturer gives me a unique insight of the challenges and difficulties of this industry. Combined with my architectural background, I try my best to provide solutions to difficult roof issues that most people would normally walk away from.I have 14 years of construction related experience in the retail sector working as the technical manager of a jewelry store chain. I was in charge of setting up new locations, design and construction.My experience with roof restoration goes back to 1996 where I managed a 50 person crew and consulted with metal roofing manufacturers in the Philippines. I'm also one of the charter members of Reflective Roof Coatings Institute (RRCI), which is now a part of Roof Coating Manufacturer's Associaion (RCMA), a trade association that promotes the benefits of reflective roof coatings in extending the life of roof systems while reducing energy consumption and demand for the building envelope.
