I am working as a Project Support Associate within the Operations team. My role is assigned to certain projects where I work with the customer and the rest of the team to deliver our Home Trial Support projects. This role focuses around ensuring that the nursing providers and nurses we work with have the right tools and equipment to deliver our services as well as ensuring that all relevant parties know the upcoming project schedule.

Working as a business analyst within the MRN has operated in three main areas:1. Working with the each functional area on business process and developing strategy in line with the corporate strategy.2. Learning and gathering information on the MRN environment both internally and externally. This to date has focused around creating a better understanding of our customers and providing them with statistics around the MRN services.3. Commercial analytics, which predominantly supports the financial management of all of the MRN projects by providing project level insights into how each project is running.

Key focus of this role is to liaise with our vendor organisations that we work with around the world to agree costs and a contract for each of the projects assigned to me. This involved creating and negotiating Requests for Proposals and Contracts for each that were project specific.Additionally, this role supports the vendor manager in strategically developing our network of vendors and partners around the world to match our customers needs.
