The SSTC Manager/Professional Coach monitors and observes all coaching sessions and assistance provided in the SSTC to ensure that academic coaches and students are working together successfully. Other job functions include: developing SSTC resources, assisting with scheduling and evaluating of coaches, and assisting in office support activities to enhance SSTC effectiveness and efficiency.
