    I ran a social media advertising agency designed to help small businesses generate more leads through social media marketing, Facebook advertising and premium landing pages1. Advertising and Lead Generation:I ran ads for small businesses on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Ads were targeted to specific regions and demographics in order to create interest for local businesses such as gym centers, make-up stylists and opticians. The ad was completely designed by me, which included targeting, copy and tracking. Results included doubling leads in short periods of time, including the gym “Wezenbergfit” which completely maxed out their free 1 day try-outs calendar in less than 30 days.2. Landing pagesI built, designed and wrote copy for landing pages in order to capture interest from the ads I ran. Skills included choosing premium design, writing persuasive copy for the client, and building the bridge from capturing the email to funneling the prospect to my client, which came in the form of booking a free gym session, getting a quote from a make-up artist or scheduling a call for an optician.3. Video Content ProductionI executed A-Z video production for my client's social media channels. I would come up with fresh marketing ideas, set up video production that included camera, audio and lighting, and directed small 1 to 5 minute social media clips where the owner or clients spoke to the camera. Results included local viral clips that created a reputation for my clients in their region and industry. One client, the tanning center Ergoline, had such successful short clips that unknown people on the street would approach the owner saying they recognised her from the clips on Facebook.

    For 10 years, I built and ran one of the biggest breakdance championships in the world called "Raw Circles".Raw Circles started as a local jam for breakdancers to come together and show off their skills through organized battles. Year after year the reputation of the jam grew across different countries, and over time it became one of the most talked about breakdance events in the world.1. Event OrganizationAt the peak, we invited more than 50 guest performers flown in from all over the world. We took care of flights, hotel and food / drinks. We set up a venue that could take on 2000+ people, which included sound system, artist management and program execution.2. Event PromotionI promoted the event with a minimum marketing budget across different channels including local posters, flyers and street shows. We ran a banner across the city’s subway. We ran international promotion across forums, YouTube channels and social media influencers.3. Team ManagementI led a team of 6 full-time staff members, and over 50 volunteers. I motivated the team through my vision for the event: team members had to stand for something that was beyond money, which in this case was the legacy of the experience we gave our clients, the greater good of the team, and making a statement that you can make it big without having to be in a big city, million-dollar budget or special education.I use all these skills when coaching my clients.Results included:* 2000+ people at the main event* 30+ countries present at the main event* 1,000,000+ yearly YouTube views* 20+ international Raw Circles qualifier franchise events (Brazil, USA, Spain, France, Norway, UK, etc.)* Staff of 6 people and 50+ volunteers
