As an NC State Graduate, with a BS in Sports Management and a minor in Business Administration, my goal is to combine my passion for sports with my interest in business. I have acquired multiple certifications in social media marketing and B2B sales, enhancing my ability to connect with customers and promote products and services.In my most recent work experience, I served as a Restaurant Professional Wait Staff at G58 Cuisine, a fine dining establishment, where I delivered high-quality service and care to diverse and demanding customers. I participated in a fast-paced environment, ensuring cleanliness and preparations of the dining room, and implemented a sales-driven atmosphere, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction. Previously, I interned as a Golf Professional Staff at two prestigious country clubs, where I facilitated golf club repairs and maintenance, managed tournament play and corporate outings, assisted with junior golf programs and lessons, and aided merchandise manager with inventory and special orders. Through these experiences, I developed my core competencies in team management, leadership, and sales operations, collaborating with golf professionals and peers, and supporting the operations and goals of the organizations.I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment, and to bring a fresh and enthusiastic perspective to the team.
