- Source and provide equipment quotes to customers and internal contacts as per requested. Process sales orders in SAP system promptly.- Monitor sales order progress and provide regular ETA reports to customers on timely basis. Log and action queries from customers and internal contacts besides managing through to the resolution.- Liaise with ICT Finance team which including of Procurement, Billing and maintenance to ensure smooth workflow of sales orders.-Work in line with specified service level agreements and handle the material creation in SAP system-Working in mobile technical help desk helping customer to do trouble shoot for For mobile
