From humble begginings in a Guildford retail park to high profile stores such as Oxford street my career at SportsDirect has been nothing short of breathtaking. Right from the start being involved in the at start of the companies new concept dedicated running departments as a footwear manager having my first experience at turning round a failing department and driving it to new heights to travelling to another store and again showing an ability to reenergise and invigorate another workforce into setting company records for a new sales incentive challenging stores with far greater turnover to become a top 5 store in the company wide incentive. Then departing to have the honour of leading another record setting team in the exceptional Oxford Street store personally leading the stores employee sales incentive with record setting results. Then helping establish a struggling store as a top five ranked store and KPI powerhouse. Now taking on a new challenge leading another team to new heights leading from the front with passion, drive and determination driving my team to be more commercially aware, displaying the ability to raise sales by increasing service quality whilst maintaing the stores wage, KPI and shrinkage control
