I'm a results-oriented life sciences professional with a 15-year track record of driving excellence across commercial strategy, corporate strategy, and operational leadership for top-tier life sciences companies. Currently, I'm a Director of Global Commercial Strategy at Vertex Pharmaceuticals where I help lead long range planning, brand planning, and commercial budgeting. I also help drive a variety of strategic, operational, and organizational priorites for the Global Commercial team.Before Vertex, I was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and served as a leader in our global life sciences practice. During my tenure, I directed and managed teams on 30+ engagements for 15+ life sciences clients while guiding 50+ engagement managers, associates, and analysts. I also co-led our global service line for the launch of rare disease and cell & gene therapies.Prior to McKinsey, I spent 6 years at Edwards Lifesciences, working across strategy, operations, and engineering.I hold an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BSE in biomedical and mechanical engineering from Duke University. Outside of work, my passion for net and wall sports keeps me active and my love of travel keeps me learning, with visits to 6 continents, 50 countries, 49 US states, 39 US national parks and counting.
