Part of the SKF IT Field Service team providing technical workplace and mobility services, as well as the majority of end user equipment to SKF Sweden. We are a technical team that has deep collaboration with all branches of the company, as well as our vendors, to help ensure a smooth everyday experience for all our colleagues.My duties include, but are not limited to:• Serving as 2nd/3rd line incident resolver for end user equipment & applications.• Troubleshooting and supporting IT-infrastructure incidents, projects and deployments, as well as planned/emergency changes.• Rotating on-call, 24/7 availability if any business critical equipment should fail.Outside of daily tasks I have a burning passion for taking on larger projects that takes time and dedication to see through or optimise, such as:• Country lead for SKF Sweden in 2019/2020 when replacing all MFPs for all sites in the country.• Responsible for the PC Refresh Project, managing all planned PC replacements for all clients in Sweden from 2018 until my paternal leave in 2021.
