I am a research scientist at N.F. Gamaleya National Research Center of Epidemiology and Microbiology, where I do various work related to molecular modeling and structural bioinformatics, and participate in project planning, writing grant applications and scientific articles.My main area of expertise is protein structure analysis and visualization, homology modeling, molecular dynamics, molecular docking and virtual screening, QSAR and 3D-QSAR. Besides this, I have some experience in data analysis and machine learning. I can work in unix/linux environment and script in Python.My wet lab experience include various protein characterization methods like isothermal calorimetry (ITC), ELISA and gel electrophoresis.
