Interview Mobile Operators’ employees to assess their VAS business using Customer Value Chain approach and build a strategy for VAS revenue growth. Take part in negotiations with Customers and Partners. I'm an expert in value added services (RBT, plain and interactive cell broadcast, SMS-based services).
