My update is a little late, but I've joined my old friend and colleague, Meredith Anderson CPA MST at Coval Anderson Coval LLC! I'm glad to be a part of the team and to work with great clients in New England and throughout the country!

I focus on providing deep industry specialized services to privately held businesses and their owners. The majority of my clients operate in the health care industry: owning and managing skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, physician practices, and home health practices. My clients require broad tax knowledge, industry-specific experience, and results they can trust.

Primary focus on research and preparation of federal and state individual (50%), trust (45%), and partnership (5%) tax returns. Leading junior tax accountants on engagements as a senior tax accountant. Further developing knowledge of accounting issues and concepts by engaging in highly diverse tax and accounting work. Continuing strengthing of research and writing skills by writing numerous memos concerning investments, collateral, planning strategies, notices and audits.

Led junior tax accountants on certain engagements by assuming the role and responsibilities of a senior tax accountant. Developed knowledge of accounting issues and concepts by engaging in highly diverse tax and accounting work. Strengthened research and writing skills by writing numerous memos concerning investments, collateral, planning strategies, notices and audits.

Engaged in research and preparation of federal and state partnership and federal corporation tax returns. Deepened leadership abilities by training and coaching oncoming staff and interns. Strengthened research and writing skills by assuming responsibility for a large client's investment memorandum.
