I have the privilege to facilitate and learn from a pioneering team of brilliant minds in HR Development, that are rethinking the ways of future Performance Management, driving a group-wide integrated feedback culture and paving the way for a best place to grow and perform - a team that proves and utilizes the power of diversity.

In my time as a management consultant I supported a dozen of clients across different sectors and functional areas. Though I never settled on a specific topic, I spent most of my time on transformational programs within the digitalization and technology realm and worked on topics like IOT and Smart Cities, Inflight Connectivity and Future Telco Production. Besides classical proejct work I have mainly focused on developing my people skills and started to build a foundation in modern leadership development, enrolling several trainings (Leaders Develop Leaders; Fit & Balanced for Leaders etc.) and practical experience as project manager and business mentor.

During my time within the Group Business Development I fostered my project management skills as a Junior Project Manager, being responsible for creating enablers that support the acquisition of external innovation. As such I was responsible for the implementation of salesforce.com as a account managemen tool and held the central responsibility of opening a local subsidiary in Tel Aviv, Israel. Furthermore I acted as the PMO of a major joint venture for a Connected Car service, and supported the partnering activities with major OTT services across the globe.
