About Alexander Ball

Psychological & Brain Sciences, B.S., graduate (2021) from UC Santa Barbara.During my time at UCSB my studies focused on education and neuroscience related to learning, memory and motivation. I have had many experiences within the mental health field through volunteering, internships and paid positions, from national to local non-profit organizations.Through my experience I have learned how to advocate for those struggling with mental health issues, have been trained for crisis intervention scenarios and have worked with many types of individuals from different cultures, socio-economic backgrounds and experiences.My passion lies in Psychology and Education and hope to use my knowledge to spread awareness on mental health issues. Research paths that interest me within the field relate to learning, memory, and motivation, along with their relationship to educational systems, policies, programs, curriculums, as well as the advocacy for mental health and educational game design.
