I'm a firm believer that, on occasion, we all need time away from our normal life. Mine came in 2021 when I ran as a Pro Field Gun athlete, an eye-opening experience into the history, tradition, and mentality embedded into the sport from the Royal Navy. Breaking mind, body, and spirit on the daily with a crew of focused and ambitious individuals was a project of the likes I'd advise anyone to try out!
