CurrentI was hired to assist the Search Service Analyst in completing weekly tasks on finding regressions or improvements in Microsoft's Customer Service side-facing apps. -During 2023, our main focus is Hallucination Detection to improve the generation of summaries provided by ChatGPT. -In 2024 we have shifted our focus to Harmful content in ChatGPT and ensuring it is found and eliminated in our product using strict guidelines and machine learning techniques.- Leveraged transformative capabilities of generative AI to craft actionable insights harnessing Power BI and advanced Excel functions- Spearheaded pioneering projects in hallucination detection, utilizing advanced NLP techniques to enhance the accuracy and reliability of machine-generated text- Revamped Hallucination Detection Project with a team of 5 data analysts from 30% to 87% in three iterations using Excel and updating the guideline with collaboration from multiple stakeholders-Developed a web scraping tool in 1 week using Python to extract data from various online sources and store it in a database for further analysis and integration with an LLM system.-Utilized Machine Learning and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, identify trends, and macros, to facilitate efficient data manipulation and analysis.-Improved data collection and processing efficiency by using Python's newspaper/pandas libraries to analyze Microsoft's technical documentation.
